UM ESTUDO SOBRE O IMPACTO DO MEIO AMBIENTE VERDE E PRÁTICAS DE HRM NO DESEMPENHO ORGANIZACIONAL EM ORGANIZAÇÕES SELECIONADAS, AP, INDIA

Este artigo de pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o Impacto de Iniciativas Ambientais Verdes e Práticas Verdes de RHM no desempenho organizacional no Setor Educacional. As Faculdades Intermediárias, UG, PG e Profissionais em Andhra Pradesh são bastante competitivas e engenhosas, mas atualmente enfrentam muitos desafios devido às transformações de qualidade adotadas e impostas pelas Autoridades Reguladoras via, BIEAP, Universidades Estaduais, AICTE, UGC, APSCHE, NAAC, NBA e Várias Iniciativas de Qualidade Própria, a serem instigadas a fim de obter Sustentabilidade, Alto Desempenho Organizacional e Desenvolvimento etc. O objetivo principal do presente estudo é descobrir a influência das Práticas de Green Environmental e GHRM no desempenho organizacional das organizações selecionadas no setor educacional, Andhra Pradesh, Índia. Para este fim, foi adotada a abordagem quantitativa de projeto de estudo transversal, e os dados gerados por 330 acadêmicos de várias intuições educacionais em Andhra Pradesh, Índia e analisados através de testes de Hipóteses com a ajuda do SPSS 25. O estudo revelou que as significativas Iniciativas Verdes e variáveis de HRM carregam suas influências no desempenho organizacional em termos de Resultados e Admissões.
