IV Tilapia Business Fair of Jatobá-PE (FENTIJA 2025)
2026The IV Tilapia Business Fair of Jatobá (FENTIJA), held on August 15–16, 2025, established itself as a platform for integration among producers, researchers, students, educational institutions, and companies in the aquaculture sector, strengthening the interaction between science, technological innovation, and regional development. Under the theme “Technological Innovation in Fish Farming: Pathways to Sustainable Production,” the 2025 edition highlighted technological solutions to modernize fish farming, combining productive efficiency, economic viability, and socio-environmental responsibility. This e-book compiles technical, scientific, and extension abstracts, including works from the Junior Category (High School), showcasing the diversity of experiences and reaffirming the commitment to innovative, efficient, competitive, and environmentally responsible fish farming.

Ambassadors of Tourism for Ocean Conservation
2025This eBook describes the course "Tourism Ambassadors for Ocean Conservation," an initiative launched in April 2025 by the João Pessoa Department of Tourism (SETUR-PB, Brasil), the JP Diving Club, InPact (Institute for Research and Action), the Paraíba Tourism Guides Union (SINGTUR-PB), and Espaço Oceano. The main objective was to train guides and sales operators in nautical and diving tourism, combining economic development with coral reef preservation in the face of the challenges of climate change and bleaching, and presenting regenerative tourism as an opportunity.

III "Semana Oceânica PB" - Planet Ocean: the tides are changing!
2023The theme of the III "Semana Oceânica PB" (III SOPB) was “Planet Ocean: the tides are changing”, taking into account the theme established by the United Nations (UN) in reference to Ocean Day. The event took place in person, in the municipalities of João Pessoa, Cabedelo, Lucena and Conde, with intermittent activities from June 7 to 18, 2023.
We said goodbye to this third year with talks, themed exhibitions, paddling with reef hugging, beach cleaning, a visit to a Brazilian Navy vessel, in short... an event full of ocean culture! -
