This study explores the digital presence of the Miño River, analyzing records on the World Wide Web. Through three phases, digital searches, opinions on Google Maps, and social listening on digital platforms are examined. Results reveal the significance of search engines in obtaining geographical and cultural information in Spain and Portugal. Opinions on Google Maps reflect high satisfaction, emphasizing terms like "pasear" (stroll) and "bonito" (beautiful). The social listening strategy, using hashtags, unveils trends and conversations on social media. Although valuable results were obtained, the need for more extensive research to thoroughly understand digital interactions around the Miño River is acknowledged. This study lays the foundation for future explorations in the realm of the presence and perception of heritage resources in digital spaces.
